Always have and always will… The world is going through a rough time right now and we just wanted to speak up. Things have changed, and if you can’t see that by now then you are truly blind. It’s a new age, a new time and old negative habits need to die in order for us as a people to thrive. For too long mistreatments and misjudging has caused nothing but pain and loss to black families. The movement has sparked more and more people to become active in raising awareness and trying to convict those of causing actual crime, not our brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers or our kids being unjustly killed simply because of their skin color. This isn’t a hashtag, just because the medias presence shifts from topic to topic doesn’t mean everything is solved or handled. The system was never broken, it was built this way. Black lives matter yesterday, today and forever.
In the midst of a pandemic we wanted to also take the time to wish everyone wellness and peace. Make sure you are following the newly set rules and regulations when you’re outside and around others. This is all bigger than any one person, we need to be smart and look out for another by being extra cautious with what we’re doing. Awareness starts with us.
